As a key player in our organization, you will:
- Foster and nurture robust client relationships to gain insights into their insurance requirements and deliver customized solutions.
- Perform comprehensive risk evaluations to suggest suitable coverage alternatives.
- Manage policy renewals, execute coverage assessments, and guide clients on necessary modifications to their insurance portfolios.
- Identify and cultivate new business prospects through networking, referrals, and outreach.
- Negotiate with insurance providers to secure optimal terms and conditions for client coverage.
- Support clients throughout the claims process, advocating for their interests with insurance companies.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and internal protocols in all client dealings and transactions.
- Collaborate with teams in underwriting, claims, and other divisions to provide all-encompassing insurance solutions.
Candidate Profile:
- Possession of Tier 1 broking certification (mandatory).
- Over 5 years of experience in insurance sales or account management.
- A demonstrated history of establishing and sustaining client relationships.
- In-depth understanding of insurance products, coverage options, and market trends.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Capability to operate independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and industry-specific software.
