We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Canberra. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing custom solutions on the ServiceNow platform, collaborating with business analysts to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop complex ServiceNow applications using scripting, configuration, integrations, and customisations.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow applications and modules.
  • Provide advanced technical support for ServiceNow, including troubleshooting, bug fixing, and root cause analysis.
  • Ensure system stability and performance through regular maintenance and upgrades.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to the continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining ServiceNow applications and integrations using best practices and standards.
  • Hold a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
  • Hold one or more ServiceNow Mainline Certification at an Implementation Specialist level in IT Service Management, Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management, Service Mapping, Customer Service Management, Human Resources, or other relevant technology.
  • Experience in developing and sustaining custom scope applications.
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise in ServiceNow.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills, with the ability to translate clearly between business areas and technical teams.
