The successful candidate will design and deliver training workshops that build capability, performance, wellbeing, and safety. They will lead psychosocial risk assessments to uncover insights and drive change, provide individual and group coaching to support growth, wellbeing, and performance, administer and interpret psychometric assessments, run assessment centres, facilitate conflict resolution, including mediations and team realignments, support career transitions with empathy and expertise, conduct onsite client engagements to deliver high-impact services, and scope and propose organisational development projects that align with client goals.
