About the Role- We're seeking an Organisational Development Expert to lead our learning and development initiatives.
- This role involves developing and delivering comprehensive learning programs for employees, identifying organisational learning requirements, and building capability across different layers of leadership.
- Design and roll out an organisational competency and capability framework to support talent development initiatives.
- Partner with Heads of People to lead the bi-annual team engagement survey process.
- Support the work required to complete the foundational build of a DEI strategy and initiatives.
- Extensive experience in learning, leadership development, and organisational development disciplines.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering fit-for-purpose leadership development programs.
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and able to adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
