Job Opportunity: Organisational Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Organisational Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing organisational development initiatives that drive business growth and improve employee capability.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong background in organisational development, learning and leadership. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to build relationships with key stakeholders. They will also have experience in measuring organisational development initiatives against strategic objectives.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management, Learning or other relevant field
  • Proven experience in organisational development and learning
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
