Senior Organisational Development Professional

As a senior organisational development professional, you will spearhead the creation and implementation of initiatives to enhance employee experience. You will work closely with senior leaders to design and deliver organisational design initiatives that drive positive change within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop strategic people management initiatives and policies to promote employee engagement, diversity, wellbeing, and relations.
- Provide expert advice on employment and workforce matters, manage industrial relations, and implement case management for complex people issues.
- Lead negotiations, manage the industrial environment, and develop policies to support the employee relations plan.
- Identify and analyse skills, competencies, and capabilities required in the Employee Experience function.
Reporting Structure: This role reports directly to the General Manager, Organisational Development.
Collaboration and Partnership: You will work closely with OD Managers, OD Program Team Leads, and key stakeholders across the organisation to achieve shared goals and objectives.
