Job Overview:
We are seeking an organisational development professional to lead the design and delivery of initiatives that advance our capability to deliver a comprehensive employment framework, particularly in relation to employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop people management strategies and policies specifically relating to employee experience, including engagement, diversity, inclusion, wellbeing, and employee relations;
- Manage workforce relations, including negotiations and advising senior leaders on strategy and risk mitigation;
- Contribute strategic advice on employment and workforce relations issues and reforms;
- Implement case management for complex people matters, including underperformance, conduct, workplace, or rehabilitation;
- Lead critical negotiations and manage the industrial environment;
- Develop policies and practices to support the employee relations plan and strategy, addressing key industrial relations issues based on contemporary practices and evolving needs.
