Organisational Design Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Organisational Design Expert to play a pivotal role in shaping our organisational design, ensuring it is fit for purpose to deliver efficiently for stakeholders.
In this role, you will focus on assessing the potential impacts of service model and technology changes on our organisational design and suggest options for aligning roles, responsibilities and skills with transformation outcomes.
This includes promoting innovative solutions to enable effective and efficient service delivery through our service model transformation.
Your Expertise- A relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Psychology, Human Resource Management or similar
- A deep understanding of different organisational designs, methodologies, and frameworks
- Demonstrated experience delivering organisational design work, preferably within large-scale transformation programs
