
Transformative Organisation Development Expert

As a Organisational Development Consultant with a leading Superannuation fund, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organisational culture and driving best retirement outcomes for members.
The organisation has established itself as one of Australia's most successful Superannuation funds, created by workers for workers. Its goal is to foster an inclusive organisational culture that empowers employees to excel in their roles.
The Employee Experience team has devised a strategic plan for growth, focusing on defining an aspirational culture and developing programs & frameworks to support it. They are seeking dedicated professionals to drive and refine their approach to these frameworks.
You will report directly to the Organisational Development Manager - Culture and Frameworks and focus on delivering and enhancing frameworks for performance management, career development, talent and succession, employee engagement, and other critical areas.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering and continually improving the performance and development cycle
- Enhancing and embedding the mentoring platform and career development tools
- Leading a comprehensive review of the performance and development cycle to ensure its effectiveness
Additionally, you will be responsible for improving and executing the current employee engagement survey, ensuring business partners and leaders are equipped to act on results, and reviewing and aligning employee feedback mechanisms to measure the aspirational culture.
Other key areas of focus include developing and implementing renewed approaches to talent and succession planning, managing ongoing delivery of talent and succession planning processes, and executing bespoke organisational development projects as needed.
