Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Organisational Development Professional to help build organisational capability that creates lasting impact for children.

This role will focus on supporting our vital Fundraising, Retail and Support Services portfolios with a strong emphasis on developing our key Volunteer workforce.

Your Mission

To drive talent management, culture transformation, and organisational effectiveness initiatives that directly enable our teams to reach more children in need.

You will translate ambitious strategies into actionable people plans that amplify our reach and effectiveness.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop succession planning, leadership development, and retention strategies for our most critical roles.
  • Lead change initiatives that strengthen our mission-driven culture and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Use people analytics to identify opportunities and measure the human impact of our organisational decisions.
Requirements

Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in complex, multi-location organisations.

Strong business acumen with expertise in organisational psychology and change management.

Advanced coaching skills and passion for developing leadership capabilities.

Experience with people analytics and evidence-based decision making.

Current knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements.
