We are seeking a seasoned Organisational Design Specialist to join our team and lead substantial people and organisational change initiatives. As an expert in this field, you will work with existing cultures to challenge them and drive evolution.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leading and executing organisational design processes, working collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes. You will facilitate the design of organisational structures, positions, decision rights and workflows, and identify change management and readiness activities to occur prior to implementation.

You will also be responsible for building collateral to collate design thinking, decisions and all readiness activities to support the transition. A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline or extensive experience in leading and facilitating organisational design on large transformation projects is highly desirable.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and execute organisational design processes
  • Facilitate stakeholder collaboration and communication
  • Design organisational structures, positions, decision rights and workflows
  • Identify and implement change management and readiness activities

**Requirements:**

  • Strong track record of leading and executing organisational design processes
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline or extensive experience in leading and facilitating organisational design
  • Substantial large scale transformation experience
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
