About the Role

We are seeking highly skilled and customer-focused individuals to join our Cabin Crew team as Flight Attendants. As a Flight Attendant with Virgin Australia, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcoming passengers onboard and ensuring their safety during the flight
  • Providing clear and comprehensive safety briefings and ensuring compliance
  • Offering exceptional customer service to all passengers, including those with special needs
  • Working collaboratively with the flight deck and other cabin crew members to ensure a smooth and enjoyable flight experience
Requirements
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Have at least 3 years of previous employment in roles that focus on caring for people/customers
  • Have a passport with at least 18 months left on it
  • Hold a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
  • Hold a current Australian First Aid and CPR certificate
  • Be able to work a 24/7 rotating roster, including early starts, late finishes, weekends, public holidays, and peak periods
  • Be able to reach a height of 180cm
