About the Role

The Head of Retail & Revenue Growth is responsible for crafting and executing strategies to maximise Virgin Australia's profitability. This role involves leading the development of strategic marketing plans for B2C retail and overseeing the tourism and alliance portfolios for both domestic and international operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for B2C retail
  • Oversee the tourism and alliance portfolios for domestic and international operations
  • Lead a team to deliver commercial outcomes and drive digital media effectiveness
  • Manage commercial sponsorships and partnerships
  • Develop and execute digital campaigns to drive customer engagement and revenue growth
