Requirements

  • Trusted People Leadership Capability: Demonstrated ability to influence and engage business leaders, with emotional intelligence and the ability to read, monitor, and understand behaviors and respond to affect positive outcomes.
  • Visible Leadership: Visible leadership, with the ability to drive positive customer outcomes through a large diverse workforce.
  • Strong Understanding of Change Management: Strong understanding of change management principles, techniques, and tools, with the ability to drive positive change within the organization.
