About the RoleThe Head of Retail & Revenue Growth is responsible for crafting and executing strategies to maximize Virgin Australia's profitability. This role involves leading the development of strategic marketing plans for B2C retail and overseeing the tourism and alliance portfolios for both domestic and international operations. You'll be working closely with our team to drive direct-to-consumer marketing and communications across multiple markets.
