We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Representative to join our team in Warriewood, offering a fantastic opportunity to work locally and contribute to facilitating effective customer engagement, improving customer satisfaction, and assisting to improve healthcare access to those in remote and disadvantaged areas.
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Job DescriptionThe Customer Success Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, answering queries, and resolving customer enquiries in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer-focus with excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regularly communicate with customers to understand their needs and address their concerns.
- Proactively seek customer feedback to improve products and services.
- Conduct product training sessions and provide technical support to customers to ensure they can use of products and services effectively.
- Input, update, and maintain customer data in HubSpot. Generate reports to track customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Assist in identifying potential sales opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services and communicate them to the Customer Success Manager.
- Collaborate with the Sales Director and the rest of the Customer Success Team to ensure a smooth customer journey from onboarding to post-sales support.
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A customer-centric mindset and a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ability to understand and explain technical aspects of products and services.
- Experience with medical or telehealth technology is a plus.
- Proficiency in the use of HubSpot or similar CRM for managing customer data and generating reports.
- Ability to work effectively with a team, sharing information and supporting colleagues to achieve team goals.
- Ability to address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- The ability to form relationships using skills such as active listening, patience and empathy is key to building customer relationships.
- Ability to identify and communicate potential sales opportunities.
- A knowledge of HubSpot or similar database
