Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Aviation Security Supervisor to oversee the provision of security services at a monitoring centre. The successful candidate will have impeccable work ethic, a positive attitude, and high-level interpersonal skills to manage a small team of experienced operators.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership to the team of experienced operators in the global monitoring centre;
- Manage day-to-day operations, including roster management, staff recruitment, and onboarding;
- Ensure adherence to client compliance requirements;
- Create and maintain daily and monthly reporting for clients;
- Build rapport with the team and client representatives.
Requirements
- Certificate II in Security Operations and current First Aid certificate;
- NSW Security Licence;
- Full working rights in Australia;
- Ability to successfully pass a Drug & Alcohol screening;
- Ability to obtain an ASIC application (funded by MSS Security).
