HR Business Partner Opportunity

This role offers a unique chance to engage with stakeholders across the business on all Human Resources and Employee Relations matters.

As an HR Business Partner, you will need to be a self-motivated, friendly team player with a solid background in employee relations, coupled with excellent communication and time management skills.

Leading a small team of HR professionals to provide day-to-day operational, recruitment, and training support is a key responsibility.

  • Qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or another relevant discipline are essential.
  • Leadership experience in an industry with a large and diverse workforce is necessary.
  • The ability to lead, mentor and develop a small team of HR graduates is crucial.

Hands on guidance and support with recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and learning and development are key aspects of this role.

Strong grievance and conflict resolution skills are also required.
