The Role

You'll collaborate with the HR Manager to deliver best-practice solutions, including:

  • Business partnering with leaders across divisions
  • Driving Inclusion & Diversity initiatives
  • Leading HR programs across recruitment, performance, policy, and more
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR or related field
  • Previous experience as a HR Business Partner
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, ER/IR, and legislation
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Confidence to build trusted relationships & influence outcomes
