Workforce Partner Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead complex workforce initiatives, drive strategic partnerships, and embed best practice HR across our Northern NSW portfolio.

About the Position
  • Leverage expert knowledge to manage employee relations, case management, and change initiatives
  • Collaborate with leaders to develop and implement workforce strategies that drive outcomes
Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate influence and partnership skills to deliver strategic workforce outcomes
  • Lead complex projects, coaching leaders, and driving organisational performance
  • Proven experience in HR/ER, specifically in unionised environments, is essential

  • Relevant qualifications in HR or a related field (or equivalent experience)
