Human Resources Consultant Role

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Human Resources Consultant to support our dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic operational HR support across a broad range of initiatives, from workforce planning to employee relations.
  • Work closely with operational leaders to deliver a high-quality HR service.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Appropriate qualifications and/or experience in Human Resources Management/Industrial Relations or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated proficient computer literacy, preferably using Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Knowledge and competence with regard to Award, payroll and employee contract matters as they relate to NSW Health.
