Your new role

Reporting to the General Manager, this position is part of the Senior Leadership team and provides support, guidance, and advice on all HR and Learning and Development practices across the business.

Leadership and influencing skills will be required as you lead your team to deliver a best-in-class colleague experience across the employee life cycle and create a culture enabling the organisation to grow and scale.

As a true generalist role, you will have the opportunity to work in detail, establishing operational HR foundations and partnering with Leadership to contribute to commercial and strategic success.

Key requirements

You should possess tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, demonstrating proactive and collaborative approaches.

Experience in HR and Learning and Development covers a range of functions, including generalist and specialist roles, with a pragmatic and commercial approach.

A high level of integrity and ability to build trust with colleagues at all levels are essential.
