Village Operations Director

As an experienced operations leader, you will be well-versed in multi-site field leadership, possessing strong commercial acumen and a versatile approach. You will have a commitment to growing and developing your team, with experience in managing your own profit and loss, navigating service contracts, and ensuring remote site safety and kitchen standards.

You should be able to delegate effectively, lead by example, and drive performance to achieve outcomes. Your ability to build a high-performing team with a culture focused on proactive customer service is essential.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Multi-site operations management experience at various levels
  • Outstanding leadership experience with the ability to build a strong, high-performing team
  • A strong understanding of profit and loss, budgeting, costs control, and rostering
  • Experience within the service, accommodation, or hospitality industry
  • A manual C-class driver's license
  • A current national police clearance or willingness to obtain one within six months
  • Knowledge of rostering and time attendance
  • Extensive knowledge of volume commercial catering practices and processes
