Job Title: IT Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Director to lead our technology team and drive business growth through strategic planning and implementation. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development, deployment, and maintenance of our IT systems, ensuring they align with our business objectives and meet the needs of our customers.

The IT Operations Director will work closely with our senior leadership team to develop and implement IT strategies that enhance our operational efficiency, improve customer engagement, and drive revenue growth. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement IT strategies that align with business objectives and drive revenue growth
  • Oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of IT systems, ensuring they meet customer needs and business requirements
  • Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure their continued growth and development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes that drive efficiency and effectiveness
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation to ensure optimal use of IT resources
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for IT operations and security

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in IT, with at least 7 years of management experience in a similar role
  • Proven track record of leading IT teams and driving business growth through strategic planning and implementation
  • Strong technical expertise in cloud-based technologies, data analytics, and cybersecurity
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with IT project management methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum
