Senior Operations Director

Civeo is seeking a highly experienced Senior Operations Director to lead our multi-site field leadership team in Australia. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving commercial acumen and delivering exceptional business results.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing their own profit and loss, navigating service contracts, and prioritizing remote site safety and kitchen standards. They must also possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to delegate effectively, drive performance, and develop high-performing teams.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Multi-Site Operations Management experience at various levels, with responsibility for a cluster of villages across NSW, QLD, and WA
  • Outstanding leadership experience, with a proven track record of building and maintaining high-performing teams
  • A strong understanding of Profit and Loss, budgeting, costs controls, and rostering
  • Experience within the service, accommodation, or hospitality industry
  • A Manual C-Class driver's license
  • A current National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Knowledge of rostering and time and attendance
  • Extensive knowledge of volume commercial catering practices and processes
