We are a small team of behaviour support specialists and psychologists in Maitland, NSW. Our mission is to provide high-quality psychology supports for children aged 18 months to 18 years, and build connected, inclusive communities.

Job Summary

The Operations Director will oversee all aspects of the day-to-day running of our business and work closely with our Directors. They will manage our reception staff, providing guidance to ensure our psychologists can work efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving company service expectations
  • Providing support and guidance to internal and external stakeholders
  • Fostering a culture of teamwork, strong communication, and positive attitude

This role requires an experienced professional with considerable knowledge in allied health service operation and delivery. You should be a super organised and systems-focused person who is friendly, passionate, and proactive.

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in business management or organisational psychology
  • Working with Children Check
  • Valid National Driver's Licence
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Current first aid and CPR certificate

Above award remuneration is offered for this role. The salary range is estimated to be around $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
