ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Food and Beverage Service Specialist, you will be instrumental in providing the unparalleled service that our guests expect from a W Hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering outstanding guest service that is engaging, personalized, and attentive.
  • Ensuring accuracy in order processing, accommodating special requests or dietary needs, and promptly delivering food and beverage orders.
  • Maintaining cleanliness in the service area and resetting tables efficiently.
  • Staying knowledgeable about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist guests with their selections.
  • Collaborating closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
