ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Food and Beverage Service Specialist, you will be integral in providing the exceptional service that our guests anticipate from a W Hotel.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering outstanding guest service that is personalized, engaging, and attentive.
- Ensuring accuracy in order processing, accommodating special requests or dietary needs, and delivering food and beverage orders efficiently.
- Maintaining cleanliness in your area and resetting tables promptly.
- Staying knowledgeable about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist guests with their selections.
- Collaborating closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service.
