The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing and engaging top talent for our current recruitment needs and cultivating a pipeline of best-in-class talent for future requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a recruitment strategy to attract top talent in the market.
- Partner closely with Senior Talent Partner, Hiring Managers, and key stakeholders to deliver a best-in-class recruitment process.
- Manage the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing candidates and ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Provide guidance and counsel beyond the recruitment process, advising on market insights, trends, and competitor movements.
- Develop and cultivate talent pipelines and communities for a range of positions at varying levels.
- Ensure a high level of commercial acumen and analytical skills to deliver strategic talent acquisition projects and initiatives.
