About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Food and Beverage team as a Service Team Member. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our Food and Beverage venues, ensuring the highest levels of health and hygiene are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Culinary team to ensure all restaurant equipment is cleaned and restocked ready for every service
  • Ensure cleaning checklists are completed and hygiene standards are maintained
  • Maintain overall cleanliness and organization of Food and Beverage venues
Requirements
  • Flexible availability across a 7-day roster
  • Previous experience in kitchen cleaning or heavy manual labor (highly desired)
  • Good communication skills, with a positive and professional attitude
  • Ability to work both solo and as part of a large team
  • Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and methods (desired but not essential)
