Customer Service Specialist - Philips International

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert technical advice and support to customers on maintenance, installation, and servicing of medical equipment.
  • Develop and maintain robust customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and provide solutions to customers.
  • Participate in the sales process, providing technical support and expertise to customers throughout the sales cycle.
  • Manage and resolve technical escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and advancements in the medical equipment industry, applying this knowledge to improve customer service and support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Biomedical Engineering.
  • Proven experience in customer-facing service engineering within the medical equipment industry.
  • Strong IT skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Restricted Electrical License and full AU driver's license.
