Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Engineer to join our team at Philips International. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide timely and effective support to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Technical Support: Offer technical expertise and guidance to customers, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to use our medical equipment effectively.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on medical equipment, ensuring it is functioning properly and efficiently.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve complex technical issues, working closely with customers and internal stakeholders to find solutions.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, communicating effectively and transparently throughout the support process.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree-level education in Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Biomedical Engineering.
  • Experience: Proven experience in customer-facing service engineering, preferably in the medical equipment industry.
  • Skills: Strong technical knowledge, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications: Restricted Electrical License and full AU driver's license.
