About the Role:

The Customer Service Representative plays a critical role in providing an exceptional customer experience for our customers. This role acts as a key liaison between the Centre Management, the Customer Service Team and our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support in the analysis and preparation of sales reports.
  • Coordinate and gather information to contribute to sales operations and requirements.
  • Perform sales administration and logistical activities, including updating sales contracts, systems maintenance, data entry, and answering telephone enquiries.
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Broad knowledge of customer service principles.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Interpersonal skills to maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
