We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service Team based in Townsville. As a key point of contact for our resellers, roof fix and building customers, you will be responsible for managing the customer order lifecycle from beginning to end, ensuring that orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner.

Your day will be filled with interacting with customers via phone and email, managing orders, quotes and queries, following up on quotations and enquiries, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure customer expectations and requirements are met. You will also be responsible for providing internal support and regular feedback to our sales teams, resolving issues and seeking ways to improve the customer's experience.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, a strong customer focus, and the ability to pick up new and custom IT systems quickly. You will also need to be proactive in building constructive and effective relationships, have high attention to detail, and be able to complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
