About the Role

The Customer Service Representative is a key position at Lendlease, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across our centres. This role acts as a liaison between Centre Management, the Customer Service Team, and our customers, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support in the analysis and preparation of sales reports, coordinating and gathering information and contributing to sales operations and requirements.
  • Perform sales administration and logistical activities, including updating sales contracts, systems maintenance, data entry, and answering telephone enquiries to support efficient delivery of services.
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and customer focus.
