Customer Service Ambassador

About the Role
The Customer Service Representative is a key liaison between Centre Management, the Customer Service Team, and our customers. This role plays a critical part in providing an exceptional customer experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support in the analysis and preparation of sales reports
- Coordinate and gather information for sales operations and requirements
- Perform sales administration and logistical activities, including updating sales contracts and systems maintenance
- Answer telephone enquiries to support efficient delivery of services
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Requirements
- Broad knowledge of customer service principles
- Strong customer service skills
- Interpersonal skills to maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Competencies include: Customer Focus, Decision Making, Interpersonal Ability, Problem Solving
