About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at Ab Electrolux. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing the business relationship with our key customers, including The Good Guys.

Your primary objective will be to drive business growth and revenue through effective sales strategies, negotiation, and relationship-building. You will work closely with our National Business Manager to develop and implement joint business plans that align with our commercial agenda and meet our revenue, profit, and market share targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including The Good Guys
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive business results and ensure alignment with our commercial agenda
  • Analyze sales and market data to identify opportunities and risks, and develop business case recommendations
  • Communicate business plans and strategies to the field sales team to maximize revenue and profit potential
  • Own the channel inventory forecast to ensure supply meets retail demand
  • Manage and reconcile administrative tasks, including price list management, internal price and rebate system management, credit claim reconciliation, and business case preparation
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Key Account Management, preferably in the White Goods, Consumer Goods, or Consumer Electronics industry
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving revenue and profit targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze sales and market data, and develop business case recommendations
  • Results-driven and customer-centric, with a passion for driving business growth and revenue
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
