About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our Wholesale Team at frank green. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving the sales performance and end-to-end servicing of our key Australian accounts, spanning a diverse range of sectors including big-box retailers, giftware shops, cafes, and corporate co-branding partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow nominated key accounts, focusing on year-on-year growth
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers
  • Create tailored strategies and action plans for each key account
  • Provide accurate sales volume forecasts to the National Sales Manager and Head of Sales
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Address and resolve any issues with key accounts promptly
  • Contribute to key business projects, including data management and ERP support
  • Promote a positive workplace culture within the team
Requirements
  • Proven experience managing and growing tier-one accounts within wholesale or a similar environment
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate data effectively
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and client needs simultaneously
  • Intermediate level of Microsoft Excel and experience with cloud-based ERP and CRM systems
  • Knowledge of Google Suite and experience with NetSuite (desired)
  • Ability to travel locally or interstate as required
