About the Role
  • Oversight of centre maintenance, presentation, safety, and compliance.
  • Development and implementation of strategies to achieve financial and operational goals.
  • Establishing strong relationships with retailers while ensuring optimal outcomes for the asset owner.
  • Preparation of annual budgets and forecasting, reporting on centre performance and new initiatives.
  • Management of tenant direct income and expenses.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in property or facilities management is essential.
  • A thorough understanding of Retail Leases legislation and trade practices is desirable.
  • Excellent financial acumen and numeracy skills are necessary.
  • A proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.

We offer a competitive remuneration package, including a salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
