We are seeking an experienced Adult Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team in the Southern region of Melbourne. This fulfilling role will provide evidence-based speech pathology services to adults with disabilities, enabling them to achieve their goals and enhance their overall well-being.

The successful candidate will have a strong ability to build positive relationships with clients and their families, and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality therapy services.

This part-time or full-time position offers a competitive salary package, including salary packaging, and generous paid leave entitlements. We also provide excellent opportunities for professional development and ongoing clinical supervision from senior clinicians.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver best-practice, evidence-based speech pathology services to adults with disabilities
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Build positive relationships with clients, families, and other stakeholders
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate qualification in Speech Pathology (or equivalent)
  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Speech Pathologist
  • Experience working with adults with disabilities, particularly in a transdisciplinary team model
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Australian driver's license and willingness to travel within the Southern region of Melbourne
