Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and provide high-quality speech therapy services to a small caseload of pediatric clients, demonstrating expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
  • Participate in regular supervision and mentoring sessions to stay up-to-date with best practices and advance your clinical skills.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and supportive team culture, promoting excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Certified Practising Member of Speech Pathology Australia.
  • Strong clinical skills and experience working with pediatric clients, particularly those with complex needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range: $72,000 - $127,000 per annum, plus superannuation.
  • Flexible working hours, with options to select from Monday to Friday (8am-8pm) and weekends (8am-6pm).
