Key Responsibilities:- Manage and provide high-quality speech therapy services to a small caseload of pediatric clients, demonstrating expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Participate in regular supervision and mentoring sessions to stay up-to-date with best practices and advance your clinical skills.
- Contribute to the development of a positive and supportive team culture, promoting excellence and continuous improvement.
- Certified Practising Member of Speech Pathology Australia.
- Strong clinical skills and experience working with pediatric clients, particularly those with complex needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Competitive salary range: $72,000 - $127,000 per annum, plus superannuation.
- Flexible working hours, with options to select from Monday to Friday (8am-8pm) and weekends (8am-6pm).
- Weekly supervision and mentoring sessions to support professional development and growth.
- Access to modern technology, including work mobile phones, iPads, and clinical software.
- A comprehensive intranet platform with clinical resources and collaboration tools.
