About the Role

We are seeking passionate and driven Speech Pathologists to join our multidisciplinary team in both paediatrics and adults caseloads. As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and other speech pathologists to support the therapy needs of NDIS participants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Early Childhood Intervention services to children 0-7 years, building on each family's strengths.
  • Provide goal-directed therapy services to young people and adults who may be experiencing learning, language, communication, feeding, sensory, intellectual, physical, and cognitive difficulties.
  • Collaborate with significant others to support community participation in various environments.
  • Emphasize parent, teacher, and carer education to nurture change and promote community participation.
  • Work with each person's support team to achieve their goals.
