Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of up to $140,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus attractive benefits including a $2,000 CPD allowance after 6 months and a KPI bonus. Flexible working hours are available with a target of 25 billable hours per week, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.

About the Role
This position involves working as a multidisciplinary Speech Therapist in a community-based role, conducting initial evaluations and assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational and time-management abilities, and access to a vehicle and a valid driver's license.

Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Conducting diverse caseloads, with opportunities to tailor it to their interests.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client progress.
  • Providing ongoing support and encouragement to clients throughout their therapy.

Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Speech Pathologist (no early graduates at this time).
  • Current membership with the Speech Pathology Association of Australia (SPA).
