About Us

We are a reputable paediatric speech pathology clinic dedicated to supporting children aged 12 months to 13 years in their communication development.

Our mission is to provide high-quality therapy services that empower children to communicate successfully and have fun while learning.

Position Summary

This role involves providing comprehensive assessment and implementing customised therapy programs for clients with various communication needs, including speech, language, literacy, fluency, and social skills.

You will work under the supervision of experienced speech pathologists and be responsible for up-skilling families and other communication partners.

Your caseload will include working with clients with autism spectrum disorders, requiring your expertise in delivering therapy while enhancing clinical skills and meeting clinical targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide consultation and oversight of programs for both therapist teams and clients under the guidance of senior speech pathologists.
  • Be open to continuous learning and professional development through varied case loads.
  • Administer assessments, develop therapy plans, and implement direct speech and language therapy for clients.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and review progress and therapy plans.
  • Undertake training and development opportunities, including self-reflection.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Punctual, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality services.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proven track record of creating efficiency and meeting targets.
  • Ability to work within a team and autonomously.
  • Ability to follow direction and take initiative.
