Coal Sales Administrator Role

This position is responsible for the timely and accurate preparation of commercial invoices and export documentation in a fast-paced collaborative environment at Yancoal.

  • Administration of coal sales and letters of credit in accordance with contract terms.
  • Stakeholder engagement with customers, banks, and vessels agents regarding documentary requirements.
  • Accurate generation of export shipping documentation.

Key Responsibilities

The Coal Sales Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and presenting commercial invoices and export documentation.
  • Administering coal sales and letters of credit in accordance with contract terms.
  • Engaging with stakeholders, including customers, banks, and vessels agents, regarding documentary requirements.
  • Generating accurate export shipping documentation.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience in sales, contracts, or logistics administration, ideally with a background in export of bulk commodities or mining.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in document preparation.
  • Prior experience in managing letters of credit and export documentation is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and SAP, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
