The Talent Coordinator - NSW role at Whitehaven Coal offers a unique opportunity to join a high-performing Recruitment team. This fast-paced and varied position can be based in either our Sydney or Newcastle office.

Job Description- Coordinate all candidate pre-employment checks and onboarding activities for WHC employees domestically and internationally.
- Prepare and send new employment contracts, ensuring these are stored appropriately, for domestic and international candidates.
- Support monitoring of preferred recruitment tools including XRef and CV Check.
- Manage referral programs and payments to referrers.
- Arrange travel and accommodation for prospective candidates and employees to attend site visits.
- Provide support and updates to Recruitment Business Partners in the coordination of candidates during the onboarding process.
This role requires previous exposure to HR/Talent coordination or strong administration experience. A business administration qualification is desirable. Strong interpersonal skills, business acumen, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.
