Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Newcastle. As a key member of our agency business, you will provide daily administrative support to a team of agents and assist with the coordination of department sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Production, proofing and formatting of property reports, submissions and other client documentation.
  • Creating innovative and impactful content in submissions and IMs.
  • Preparation of marketing collateral and implementation of marketing campaigns.
  • Assist with administration duties including lease and sale administration, financial management procedures, phone support and preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Creating, maintaining and updating database systems and research spreadsheets.

Requirements

  • Recent administration experience, ideally within the Property Industry.
  • Strong MS Office Skills with experience in PDF editing.
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision and self motivation.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines.
  • Skill and experience in preparing and proofreading documents, including exceptional spelling and grammar, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to provide innovative solutions when required.
