Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our dynamic team in Newcastle as a Team Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to utilize your administration skills, strong organizational abilities, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

This role will support a rapidly growing and collaborative team, providing daily administrative assistance and coordinating sales and marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for producing, proofing, and formatting property reports, submissions, and other client documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation of property reports, submissions, and client documentation.
  • Creation of innovative content for submissions and internal messages.
  • Production of marketing collateral and implementation of marketing campaigns.
  • Assistance with administration duties, including lease and sale administration, financial management procedures, phone support, and report preparation.
  • Maintenance and update of database systems and research spreadsheets.
Requirements
  • Recent administration experience, preferably within the Property Industry.
  • Strong MS Office skills, including PDF editing expertise.
  • Able to work autonomously with minimal supervision and self-motivation.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines.
  • Skill and experience in preparing and proofreading documents, including exceptional spelling and grammar, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Able to provide innovative solutions when required.
What We Offer
