You'll be responsible for preparing and sending new employment contracts, supporting the monitoring of recruitment tools, managing referral programs, and arranging travel and accommodation for prospective candidates.

A key aspect of this role is providing support and updates to Recruitment Business Partners in the coordination of candidates in the onboarding process. You'll also initiate and manage the completion of new starter onboarding, ensuring all requirements are met prior to employees commencing.

We're looking for a proactive and positive individual with previous exposure to HR or talent coordination and administration experience. A bachelor's degree in a related field is desirable, but not essential.

This opportunity offers a competitive salary of $70,000 - $80,000 per annum, based on experience, along with a range of benefits including career development opportunities, flexible work options, and an attractive remuneration package.

About the Role

Job Summary: We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join our high-performing Recruitment team. This role can be based in either our Sydney or Newcastle office.

Duties:

  • Prepare and send new employment contracts, ensuring these are stored appropriately
  • Support the monitoring of recruitment tools, including XRef and CV Check
  • Manage referral programs, ensuring referrals are contacted and payments are made to referrers
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for prospective candidates and employees
  • Provide support and updates to Recruitment Business Partners in the coordination of candidates in the onboarding process
  • Initiate and manage the completion of new starter onboarding, ensuring all requirements are met prior to employees commencing
