About the Role

The National Business Manager will lead a high-performing team in managing key customer accounts to drive commercial growth and strategic partnerships.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with expertise in Beauty or FMCG within the Pharmacy or Grocery channel. The ideal candidate will possess strong consumer insights, analytical skills, and experience in budget planning and P&L management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive net revenue growth and commercial competitive advantage.
  • Bld strategic plans to grow specified categories of business within the customer to deliver short- and long-term objectives.
  • Lead strategic projects with the customer to deliver future growth of the business.
  • Extract insights from data, identify implications, and develop ideas for customer growth.
  • Guide and coach direct reports to empower them to perform responsibilities and meet their potential.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as National Account Manager.
  • Strong consumer/shopper insights, analytical & numeric skills.
  • Experience in budget planning and P&L management.
  • Excellent presentation and strong communication skills.
  • Strong sense of individual accountability and ability to work in autonomy.
